How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on dimensions, weight, and approximate destination of artwork.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders should arrive between 5-10 business days, depending on size and destination. If you do not receive your order within that time frame, feel free to reach out and check on your order status.
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently do not have the option to ship internationally in our online check-out. However, if you reside outside the United States and wish to make a purchase, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your shipping location and what you're interested in purchasing, and we will be able to independently calculate an estimated shipping cost and arrange for shipment to you.
Do you offer in-store pick up?
We do! Simply select the in-store pick up option at check out. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.
Contact us at email@example.com for returns. Costumers wishing to return purchases must have their original order confirmation number and items must be in the condition they were received to be considered valid for returns.
Refunds and damaged items
If you believe your order was damaged in the shipping process, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away. Refunds will be issued for items damaged by third parties during shipping.
Please be aware that due to differences in computer monitors, actual colors of item may vary just slightly from what they appear on screen. If you believe you have received the wrong order, please contact us.
